Schools Out for Summer!!!

Summer is almost here!!  I can't believe it...  To start our blog I thought we'd do a test and simply just write about what you are most looking forward to over this summer.

I am especially looking forward to this summer for many reasons...
#1- I get to spend time with my boys and this summer they are truly big boys. So no feeding/ nap schedule is going to hold us back!  I have a long list of things for us to do and most of them include the pool.
#2- On the flip side of #1- I'm going to Mexico with just my husband (NO KIDS) and spending a week at an all inclusive resort!  I can't wait!!!!!
#3- And last but not least I have many fun outings planned or hopeful to plan with some special people (friends, coworkers and my trusty pal BL lime).

I'm hoping all of you have a fun and relaxing summer because you all sure do deserve it!!  We can all come back in August refreshed and ready to take on another school year doing what we do best!!

I am super excited to take a 15th Anniversary trip with just my hubby. My son and Pomeranian will be staying with my in-laws. We haven't selected the location yet as Daren just got approved for the time yesterday. Now, I need to get busy planning a mini vacation! YAY!!

  4. Yay! Number 1 on my Summer To Do list complete!
#2 Spend some time doing everyday things at an easy pace: plan meals, grocery shop, cook as a family and eat at a relaxing, "don't-have-to-run-out-the-door-pace". Breathe:)
#3 Spend more time with my parents bc they are great.
#4 Visit some colleges and hopefully help Cadence narrow down the search. (and at the same time spend some quality time with daughter #1)Senior year is around the corner and I want to make every minute count!

  15. This summer is already booked with so many things to do! Brad and I really want to go on several vacations this summer including Colorado, California, and Florida. I also started my masters degree! I take my two nieces every Tuesday to different places around St.Louis for a day of fun.
